Zanzi Luxury Homes is a sister company to Zanzi Homes and Quicklets, Malta's top performing letting specialists. After two years of specializing in letting, we decided to launch a new brand that aims to do the same in Sales. After much discussion, brainstorming and a lot of coffee, Zanzi Luxury Homes was born.
Focusing on building a modern brand we decided to use innovation as our jet-pack to propel up the property ladder. Using our base in letting as a startup structure and learning from the mistakes we made there today we have an awesome team, awesome set up and even more awesome tech!
The Space
Some of our team operate from our Quicklets offices which have an awesome set up, some with great views and large terraces, others seafront. On the other hand our head office has been designed by Karl Francalanza.
This state of the art finish is focused on making the team feel connected and comfortable. We chose marble that is the closest looking to the moons’ surface to remind us every time we walk into the office ‘to AIM for the Moon!’. We used natural Oak and recycled cardboard tubes to remind us to respect the environment, not just planet earth, but the environment that surrounds us and the people we interact with. We sandblasted the place to bring it down to exposed cement, we left the steel exposed and used as much glass as possible insinuating that we have nothing to hide and reminding us every day to do business in an ethical and conscious manner.
The Team
Our team is made up of a mix of characters and is constantly growing. Zanzi Luxury Homes now employs 5 awesome people with an average age of 40. Some are from Malta and the rest from all over our beautiful planet. We are focused on learning everything about the industry and what it has to offer. We receive constant training regarding the industry and our tech updates. We work hard and play hard too. We organise many events throughout the year, some for team building and some just for fun. We believe in working as a team, one unit.
The Role
Once recruited each team member will undergo an intense induction course. System coaching is provided along with all the training necessary to be able to execute our mission. One of the main factors that attracts people to join the Real Estate Industry is that the income is uncapped.
Being self-employed is similar running your own business alongside a lot of other people just like you. The industry also offers flexible working hours which allows you to maintain your desired work / life balance schedule. The only requirements are ambition, determination, a command of the English Language and a car.
